Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE): five station assessment to test participant’s knowledge and practical skills in thoracic ultrasound.

The thoracic ultrasound certified training programme is a three-part programme designed to train qualified doctors to independently perform thoracic ultrasound.

CME credits

This examination has been accredited by EBAP (European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology) with 2 CME credits.


Only successful participants of part one and two of this training programme can register for the examination.

Registering for the OSCE examination does not grant you access to the ERS Congress. Similarly, ERS Congress registration does not grant you access to thePart 3 OSCE examination.
