Long-Term Research Fellowships

European Respiratory Society (ERS) Long-Term Research Fellowships support researchers and clinicians in the early stages of their careers to carry out basic, translational or clinical research projects lasting between 6–12 months. Fellowship recipients conduct projects at research institutions outside of their home country, enabling fellows to access and learn research techniques that are not available at their home institute. Long-term fellowships are awarded annually based on scientific merit as well as the skills and experience that fellows can bring to the host centre.
