Welcome to the media centre for the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress 2024, taking place from 7–11 September in Vienna, Austria. ERS welcomes the interest of press in respiratory issues and can provide free congress registration (onsite or online) for bona fide journalists on presentation of the required credentials/supporting documents.
Consult the media and embargo policy for details on press accreditation requirements, congress abstract embargoes and photography/video recording rules.
It is essential that anyone applying for press accreditation provides the correct supporting documentation. Please review what is needed in the media and embargo policy before you begin the registration process.
Applications to cover the ERS Congress 2024 as a representative of the press are now being accepted.
To apply for press registration, you will need to ensure that the professional category on your myERS account is selected as 'Press'. If your professional category on myERS is not selected as Press, please select it before you begin the press application process.
News releases that are part of the official ERS media programme will be published on the ERS website after the embargoes have lifted.
