Meet and interact with colleagues virtually
Online delegates will still have a great opportunity to virtually meet and network with colleagues. There will be plenty of opportunities to discuss and engage with other attendees who tune in online via the ERS congress platform, as well as through the networking feature on the congress app.
The ERS congress app
The official congress app is valuable to both online and onsite participants. As an online delegate, you can check the programme and use online networking tools that will allow you to chat with other delegates and faculties. Delegates can acesss ‘My programme’ which will display all bookmarked sessions. There is also a handy recommendation tool which suggests sessions based on searches. The app will be available to download from Google Play and Apple App Store from 26 August, 2024. Find out more information on the app. (link)
Access to recordings post event
Both online and onsite congress delegates who have registered to attend the full ERS Congress will have access to recordings of congress sessions and presentations.
CME accreditation opportunities
Continuing medical education (CME) is a fundamental tool in ongoing professional development, and ERS offers a variety of educational activities that provide CME credits. The opportunity to pick up CME credits will be available for both onsite and online delegates who register for the full Congress.
The ERS Congress has been accredited with 40 CME credits. 40 CME credits can be accrued between live sessions and session replays. CME credits are awarded based on your attendance of live sessions taking place between 7–10 September, 2024 and will be available from 20 September. CME credits will be also awarded for sessions replays, based on your hourly attendance.
