For individual registrations it is only possible to pay via credit card. If you need the billing address of your university/institution to appear on the invoice, you may indicate this under the invoicing part of the registration process by clicking on “Add another billing address (e.g. your company/institution address)”.
Please make sure to enter the correct billing address on your invoice, during the registration process. Once issued, and following legal regulations, it is no longer possible to modify the invoice.
CME credits will be awarded for pre-congress content, live sessions and session replays, based on your hourly consumption. Only registered participants will receive CME credits. The maximum amount of credits to be accrued between pre-congress content, live sessions and session replays will be confirmed later on.
