I have an abstract/poster presentation. Am I entitled to a free registration?

As an abstract/poster/case presenter, you are not eligible for a free registration. To deliver your presentation, you must register for the Congress.

I registered as an online delegate, but now wish to come to Vienna. What should I do?

I was planning to come to Vienna and registered already. I am no longer able to come and wish to virtually attend the Congress instead. What should I do?

I want to register more than one participant, how can I do this if I only have one myERS account?

If you wish to register between 2 and 9 delegates, but do not have access to their myERS accounts, you are eligible for a third-party registration. More information may be found on the Third-party/Group registration page or contact ers2024registration@kit-group.org

My payment is being declined. What should I do?

Only credit card payments made with AMEX, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. If your payment is declined, please try the following:

Make sure you are using a credit card and not a debit card, as debit cards will automatically be declined. This also applies for payments made through apps and other systems;
Try using a different a web browser to settle the open balance;
Try using a different credit card;
Your bank might be blocking the payment. You may call them to approve the transaction.

My institution will pay for my registration, can you please send me an invoice?

For individual registrations it is only possible to pay via credit card. If you need the billing address of your university/institution to appear on the invoice, you may indicate this under the invoicing part of the registration process by clicking on “Add another billing address (e.g. your company/institution address)”.

Please make sure to enter the correct billing address on your invoice, during the registration process. Once issued, and following legal regulations, it is no longer possible to modify the invoice.

Will I get my CME credits if I am unable to attend all sessions?

CME credits will be awarded for pre-congress content, live sessions and session replays, based on your hourly consumption. Only registered participants will receive CME credits. The maximum amount of credits to be accrued between pre-congress content, live sessions and session replays will be confirmed later on.
