IMPORTANT: It is highly recommended to already have all the information/documents ready before starting to fill out the online application. If you start filling out the form, but do not submit it, you will not be able to retrieve the data entered.

Please also refer to Annex II and section A (administrative form) on the website for further information about the Host Application process. Please note that this information will be available on the RESPIRE4 Web Host Registry if the pre-registration is confirmed, therefore kindly ensure it is in publishable format and does not contain any confidential information. Host centres will also need to ensure that the information is up-to-date and should contact ERS for any changes in the future.
