ERS journals awarded highest Journal Impact Factors to date - article image

In the latest iteration of Clarivate Analytics’ Journal Citation Reports, the European Respiratory Journal (ERJ) and European Respiratory Review (ERR) have been awarded with their highest Journal Impact Factors to date.

ERJ is now ranked second in the respiratory system category, with an Impact Factor of 33.795. ERR’s Impact Factor of 9.553 puts it seventh in the same category.

ERJ Open Research has also received its first ever Impact Factor. It is new to the list with a rating of 4.239, ranking it 29th in the respiratory system category.

ERS congratulates the editorial boards and staff for this achievement, and sincerely thanks all authors, reviewers, contributors and readers for their continued support of ERS publications.
