The thoracic ultrasound certified training programme is a three-part programme designed to train qualified doctors to independently perform thoracic ultrasound.
This one-and-a-half day course will focus on the practical aspects of thoracic ultrasound procedures including demonstrations on volunteers, and discussion and interpretation of clinical cases. Each of the six topics will begin with a short overview with selected key elements and pitfalls.
Following the online course, all participants will create a portfolio of 10 TUS scans and review five cases from other participants.
