This course will provide an update on tuberculosis, non-tuberculosis mycobacteria, fungus, bacterial and viral respiratory infections. The programme, developed by ERS and ESCMID, is designed for attendees to gain a fundamental understanding of the diagnosis, prevention and management of respiratory infections, while participating in workshops and discussion of clinical cases.
This course is supported by the ECRAID-Base project, which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research & Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 965313.
Selected applicants will receive a free registration to attend this course, as well as a grant to help with travel and accommodation. Please find more information on the “application form” tab.

Participants accepted to the ERS course on respiratory infections will be entitled to:
- Free registration.
- €300 in travel and accommodation grant for participants based in Portugal, outside of Porto.
- €600 in travel and accommodation grant for participants outside of Portugal.
