This course provides a comprehensive overview of granuloma formation as a non-specific immune response that can affect individuals of any age and gender. Participants will explore the genetic predispositions, infectious triggers, environmental factors, autoimmune conditions, and malignancies linked to granuloma development.
Beyond disease-specific contexts, this course will present a cross-disciplinary perspective on the causes, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic strategies for granulomatous diseases. By bridging basic science and clinical practice, the course fosters collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and patients to advance understanding and care.
