With onsite spaces now sold out at the ERS Lung Science Conference 2025 (20–23 March in Estoril, Portugal), online attendance carries extra significance for those who do not want to miss out on this showcase for cutting-edge research and its translation into clinical solutions.
Here is an overview of what to expect from attending the LSC’s 23rd edition as an online delegate.
Access to all scientific sessions at the Lung Science Conference
Online delegates benefit from access to all of the LSC’s scientific sessions. In addition, if you join the event online you can engage with presenters and speakers and ask questions by joining the discussion following each lecture and presentation.
Join the early career delegates session focused on career development
Chaired by Sara Cuevas Ocaña and Cheng-Yu Wu, this session at the LSC is often a highlight for delegates, particularly those in the early stages of their careers.
This session will focus on a number of key areas of career development, including how to engage the audience in your work; public speaking, active listening and moderation; advice on how to progress your career and the opportunities within ERS which can help with this.
Access to recordings post event
In addition to access to the event as it happens, all delegates (including those who attend online) will have access to session recordings.
CME Accreditation
Continuing medical education (CME) is a crucial tool for ongoing professional development. The Lung Science Conference is among the ERS events which offers an opportunity to pick up CME credits. This opportunity to pick up 16 CME credits will be available for both onsite and online Lung Science Conference registrants who register to access the full conference.
