As we approach the abstract submission deadline for the ERS Congress 2025 (27 September to 1 October; Amsterdam, Netherlands), two presenters from last year’s ERS Congress have answered key questions about what it’s like to present at the world’s largest respiratory meeting.

Dr Azmy Faisal and Dr Erik Frykholm – who also won the Best Abstract Awards for ERS Assemblies 1 and 9 respectively – tell us about their positive experiences of presenting at the last ERS Congress and explain what it is like to participate in the scientific programme of the largest respiratory meeting in the world.

The deadline to submit an abstract (and/or a clinical case) for the next ERS Congress is 20 February, 2025 – learn more online.
