Registration is now open for the ERS Congress 2026, which will take place from 5–9 September in Barcelona, Spain, and online.

The ERS Congress is the world’s largest respiratory meeting, regularly attracting as many as 20,000 delegates. It is the once-a-year occasion when the world’s respiratory experts come together to meet, discuss, and collaborate with one overarching objective: to enhance the treatment and care of respiratory illness worldwide.
As ever, this year’s Congress will feature an extensive, engaging and wide-reaching programme that covers the full spectrum of respiratory medicine and science. It will be ideally suited for specialists in all areas of respiratory medicine to attend.
Early-bird registration is available until 23:59 CEST on 1 July, 2026; in addition, ERS members can also save up to €200 when considering the full rate.

Alongside the main scientific and educational programme, a number of additional education opportunities such as skills workshops and postgraduate courses will take place during the ERS Congress.
