Following the ERS International Congress, which took place in September, the European Respiratory Society (ERS) has added a brand new six-part series offering summaries on disease specific content from the event. All six episodes of ‘My Congress’ will be released during the month of October.

My Congress will cover the topics of COPD, asthma, pulmonary vascular disease, rehabilitation, lung cancer, sleep, and vaccines with summaries provided by prominent ERS representatives including past ERS presidents Marc Humbert, Anita Simonds and Thierry Troosters.

In the first two episodes, Professors Richard Costello and Chris Brightling select their highlights on the topics of COPD and asthma respectively, noting the key messages and findings from what was presented at the ERS Congress in Barcelona.

The My Congress series is one of several new programmes planned for the ERS Respiratory Channel – offering resources to support the respiratory community.

Earlier this month a new discussion series ‘Coffee Talk’ was also introduced to the Channel – presenting 20-minute interviews with a key figures from industry/business on topics which involve their therapies and operations that will be of interest to healthcare professionals. Episode one focused on the topic of real-world evidence in sleep medicine.
