International Respiratory Coalition session: How teams advance respiratory healthcare delivery

10:30–12:15 CEST

This session will look at how teams contribute to the advancement of respiratory healthcare delivery.

It will consider the team in multiple contexts, relating to burnout and providing multimorbidity care to pulmonary patients, as well as delivering sustainable care and enacting successful policy change.

The talks will be followed by a group discussion exploring the themes and International Respiratory Coalition (IRC) topics. The IRC is founded on the idea of multistakeholder collaboration; working in teams is at the heart of the coalition.

About the IRC:

The IRC is a movement to transform respiratory outcomes in a post pandemic world. Led by the European Respiratory Society, the IRC is a multisectoral partnership bringing together the professional respiratory community, patients, and industry. The IRC is currently supporting national-level coalitions who have joined the movement, as they work towards developing, improving and implementing respiratory strategies based on best practice in their own countries.
