Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been reserved in Vienna and the surrounding areas for the ERS Congress 2024. As a service for Congress participants, bnetwork will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge.

There are different hotel room categories, ranging from 2 to 5 stars.  Some hotels may require a minimum stay.

VIENNA CITY TAX

3.2% city tax applies on all hotel bookings. This percentage is already included in the room rates negotiated by bnetwork.

Please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to the ERS International Congress 2024. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:
Your credit card will be charged for the full stay before receiving your confirmation.

Important: You are authorising bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy:

• From confirmation until 4 June 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges apply.
• Between 5 June and 5 July 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 70% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees.
• Between 5 June and 5 August 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 80% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees.
• Between 6 August and 27 August 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 95% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees.
• From 28 August 2024, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved as administrative cancellation fees.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: ers2024hotels@bnetwork.com.
Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Group reservations for six rooms or more will be handled by separate contracts and regulations.

To submit an enquiry for a group booking, please contact bnetwork by e-mail at ers2024hotels@bnetwork.com providing the number of rooms needed, dates of stay, hotel category and preferred location if possible. Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted.

All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website “My account” section at https://ers2024.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
