Fraud alert: unauthorised vendors targeting ERS Congress participants
ERS Congress has identified fraudulent organisations targeting participants with unauthorised travel, advertising, and data services. These entities fail to deliver contracted services, deny refund requests, and may employ phishing tactics or malware that could compromise your organisation’s systems.

We strongly recommend the following precautions:
• Exercise caution with unsolicited communications and avoid clicking suspicious links
• Verify all vendors against our official partner list prior to engaging any services

Please note: ERS Congress 2026 and its authorised vendors do not sell or distribute attendee lists under any circumstances. Organisations offering such lists are not affiliated with ERS Congress 2026 and cannot provide accurate attendee data.
