Each third-party/group will have a personal online portal. All purchases of registrations can be managed there. A myERS account is not needed to manage group/third-party registrations.
When acting on behalf of a third party, the upload of the letter of appointment duly filled and signed by this party will be requested during the creation process of the online portal.
IMPORTANT: Registrations must be assigned by 16 August, 2024 at 23:59 CEST. Past this deadline, all unassigned registrations will remain as such, and only name change policy will apply. The possibility to purchase onsite registrations will also end on 16 August, 2024 at 23:59 CEST. Past this deadline, any new requests will be treated onsite directly.
From 17 August to 7 September, only online registrations will be available for purchase. However, participants’ details must be provided in full upon registration.
