In the latest CME Online module, Dr Christian Bruells and Professor Cesare Gregoretti look at a case of difficult intubation in the intensive care unit.
The module will equip participants with the knowledge to be able to decide which device or technique should be used in this setting in order to uphold oxygenation.
Through an interactive case simulation and engaging case discussion, participants will learn to:
- differentiate between a variety of techniques
- identify difficult airway situations
- select the appropriate techniques and identify in which situation these techniques/tools are to be used or not to be used in clinical settings
Participants with a myERS account will also be able to take a test on the topic at the end of the module, which is accredited with one CME credit. A CME certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the CME test.
