ERS/ELF Best abstract grant for Healthy Lungs for Life

The ERS/ELF Best Abstract Grant for Healthy Lungs for Life, sponsored by ELF, offers an early bird registration and a travel grant to the best abstract author on a Healthy Lungs for Life topic to attend the ERS Congress 2025, Amsterdam.

This ELF grant is presented to the author of the most newsworthy abstract linked to the Healthy Lungs for Life campaign, which focuses on disease prevention and research into topics related to lung health (including smoking cessation, physical activity, vaccination, air quality and climate change).

Eligibility criteria:

• ERS active membership
• Abstract submitted on the topic of the impact on lung health of smoking cessation, physical activity, vaccination, good air quality or stopping climate change
• Minimum average grade of 3.5
• Must not be a previous winner of the ERS/ELF best abstract grant for Healthy Lungs for Life
• Must not have received any other ERS Grant or Sponsorship in the last three years
• 40 years of age or under at the time of the application deadline
