We are pleased to announce that two 12-month ERS Fellowships in Industry are now open for applications. The deadline to apply is 28 March, 2018.
The industry fellowship programme is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the respiratory pharmaceutical industry in Europe and act as a scientific or medical expert in the important field of respiratory drug development.
Both fellowships will be based at the Novartis Campus in Basel, Switzerland and aim to utilise the successful candidates’ experience in an academic or hospital setting and apply this to the clinical trials cycle. Additionally, the candidates will gain experience of working in the pharmaceutical environment, picking up transferable skills to enhance their future career.
Applicants must be an early-career PhD holder in Life Sciences or an MD (with or without a PhD) specialised in respiratory medicine (preferably in asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis or clinical immunology) with clinical research experience as an investigator or co-investigator.
Applications are open until 28 March, 2018 with a starting date preferably around August / September 2018.
