The European Respiratory Society (ERS) is now accepting submissions of randomised controlled trial (RCT) abstracts for the ERS International Congress 2020.
A new addition to this year’s innovative and interactive virtual event, RCT submissions can focus on a wide spectrum of respiratory diseases. The most ground-breaking RCT abstract submissions will be presented as part of the ALERT (A*bstracts *Leading to E*volution in *Respiratory Medicine Trials) sessions.
The format of the ALERT sessions allows for the sharing of the most clinically relevant conclusions from the presented abstracts and facilitates discussion between the abstract presenter, alongside the chair of the session and select discussants. Additionally, ERS has agreed the publication of clinically important trials with major respiratory journals.
RCT abstracts can be submitted for a cost of €150 and will be accepted from 2 July to 15 July at 23:59 CEST. A maximum of three abstracts may be submitted by the same presenting author.
