We are looking to appoint an ERS Guidelines Director to fulfil the 2018–2021 mandate. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with and be a member of the ERS Science Council. The application extended deadline is Monday July 03, 2017.
The main responsibilities of the role will focus on ERS Task Forces, including: assessing applications for Guidelines, Statements and Technical Standards; reviewing the progress of approved Task Forces; and co-coordinating arrangements with other societies, such as co-sponsorship and endorsement.
As a member of the Science Council, the ERS Guidelines Director will be expected to actively participate in the annual Science Council meetings.
