External Events Endorsement
ERS endorses educational and scientific meetings that meet our high standards of scientific quality. If you are interested in organising an event and are interested in official endorsement by ERS, carefully read our guidelines before completing the application form.
The proposed meeting or course should be able to stimulate an attendance of a reasonable size with regard to the specific characteristics of the initiative (congress, workshop, course, etc.), treating one specific topic, and not in competition with the events organised by the ERS. The quality of the programme and faculty are important criteria to assess the relevance of the event.

Kindly note that the following criteria will be considered:
- The event targets an international audience
- The event programme is in line with ERS educational and scientific standards
- The event does not compete with ERS activities
- The event involves international and European speakers
- The event involves ERS Members or Officers
- The event has a reasonable gender balance
- The event is in line with the overall mission and values of ERS
Note: ERS name and logo can only be used once the event has been endorsed and within adequate use. Neither ERS name or logo can be used if you requested an endorsement.
