Please note that session recordings will be available after the event in case you are unable to watch the sessions live. However, you can only claim CME credits for the hours you followed live.

Additional activities – Skills workshops

Please note that the maximum number of participants is 32 per workshop. Registration for these workshops is additional to the conference registration fee.

Group registrations

Group registration is possible as of 10 participants and will open as of 11 January, 2024.
To register a group, please follow the below procedure:

• Create a myERS account here, should you not already have one. In your account, enter your preferred billing address.
• Complete this template with your group members’ details.
• Send the completed template to registration@ersnet.org. In the email, please indicate your myERS ID.

Only payments by bank transfer are accepted for group registrations.

IMPORTANT: Our database will automatically apply the best rate for each participant. However, should your participants be members of ESRS, please indicate their membership number in the excel template (column F).

Cancellation policy

Upon receipt of a written cancellation, a refund of fees, minus a €50 administrative fee, will be applied up to six weeks before the course. After this date no refund will be made for cancellations. Please note that there is no refund for live stream registrations.
