All ERS members are invited and encouraged to attend the online 2021 General Assembly meeting on Friday 10 September.
The annual meeting offers members the chance to learn about ERS developments from the past twelve months, and the opportunity to voice any queries, concerns or share ideas for the Society moving forwards.
The General Assembly is the body responsible for adapting the statutes of the Society, deciding the annual membership fees, putting forward proposals to the Executive Committee, and reviewing and approving the accounts.
As in past years, all senior ERS appointments are elected by the General Assembly. The ERS leadership elections are currently open; voting closes on 13 August at 23:59 CEST. The results will be announced during the meeting, meaning attendees will be the first to know who has been elected as the next ERS Vice President, alongside other senior ERS roles.
Participation in the meeting is completely free but is registration is required.
