The European Respiratory Society (ERS), the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE) and the Health Effects Institute (HEI) are pleased to host Clean Air in Europe for All – a one-day conference focused on air pollution.
We will be gathering international experts, policy makers, scientists and other key stakeholders to discuss the recently proposed revisions to the EU Ambient Air Quality Directive (AAQD). Looking at its strengths and weaknesses, this event will offer the opportunity to identify remaining challenges and explore additional policy options.
The key topics discussed across the day will include:
- Health effects at low levels of exposure to pollution
- The relative contributions of the different sources and constituents of air pollution
- Best practice examples of successful air quality interventions
- Maximising health benefits for everyone in Europe and beyond
Onsite space is limited, but if you would like to enquire about in-person attendance please contact Marta Montanari at ERS. If you are not joining us in person and you would like to follow the event live, follow the live stream on the day here.
