The virtual school on lung transplantation will provide state-of-the-art knowledge on a wide array of issues regarding lung transplantation. It will include innovative and interactive sessions such as pro/con debates or the study of cases from participants.
Throughout the advanced programme, participants will gain an insight into chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD), definition, phenotypes, and pathogenesis. Similarly, participants will learn about lymphoproliferative disease, other malignancies, non-heart-beating donors, and ex-vivo donor lung perfusion.
Participants on this course will gain an advanced level knowledge on lung transplantation issues such as CLAD, lymphoproliferative disease and other malignancies, donation after circulatory death and ex-vivo donor lung perfusion.
