| IMPORTANT Instructions for online submission |
Please find the enclosed online application form in a downloadable
word-format below. Please note that this document can be downloaded
in order that you have a hard copy with all details, which are
requested online. Please be aware that the application can only be
submitted online and that the file below is only to be used for your
comfort, in order to enable an easy overview of all the information that
you will need to provide online.
We strongly recommend that you download this file, read carefully the
data to be provided, complete the fields in this word document and keep
it as a back up on your computer. You can then copy and paste the
fields from the word document into the online form in order to avoid
the time-outs which may kick you off a session.
Once you are using the online application form, please remember that
you will need to complete ALL mandatory fields within a specific section
in order to be able to save your data in this section for the first time.
We kindly remind you that you will need to press the SAVE button each
time you further update information in an online section.
You may log off at any time without submitting your application and return
to continue your work at a later date. As long as you do not formally submit
your application, you can edit and revise it online as often as you wish.
Please be aware that there are 8 documents that will need to be uploaded
under section 4 (some to be supplied by yourself as the Host Coordinator & others by
the suggested Visiting Professor through you).
Therefore be advised that you should prepare these well in advance of the deadline.
