Registration Fees

The registration fee includes participation in the conference, lunches, the official dinner and participation in the Saturday afternoon activity and reception.

If you are not an ERS member and wish to benefit from the members’ discount please contact our membership department at enquiry@ersnet.org  

If you are under 35 years of age at the time of registration, you will automatically benefit from the Junior Member preferential registration fee. If you are not yet an ERS member, you will automatically be affiliated, free of charge, on condition that you provide a copy of your ID.

• ERS Member – a person who is an ERS Member at the time of registration: Euros 500.-
• Academic – a person without an ERS-Membership at the time of registration: Euros 700.-
• Junior – all health care specialists under 35-year-old at the time of registration including Non-ERS members: Euros 200.-
• Industry – a representative of any medical business company at the time of registration: Euors 1100.-

Accompanying person

The accompanying person fee includes three lunches, two dinners and participation in the Saturday afternoon activity and cocktail but does not include participation in the Conference.

Reduced fee: the fee is reduced for children between the age of 5 and 12 on condition that you provide a copy of their ID. Children under 5 are not allowed.

Conference Cancellation policy :

 For registration cancellation after March 1^st, 2012, a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative fee of €150, will be made. There will be no refund for cancellations made after March15^th, 2012.

 The European Respiratory Society (ERS) has negotiated a special price for rooms in three hotels in Estoril.Please note that the room charges are not included in the registration fee. The ERS cannot guarantee the rate nor the availability of the hotel rooms for the conference after March 4^th,2012, therefore please ensure you make your hotel reservation as early as possible to guarantee your booking.
