Applications for 2012

ERS supports a limited number of young scientists with a €600 grant to cover travel and accommodation expenses. Free Congress registration is included in the Sponsorship.

Application is by checking the appropriate box on the abstract submission form. On-line abstract submission will be open in mid-December 2011 to 23 February 2012.

ERS Sponsorship is granted to the authors of the best abstracts based on the reviewers' scores and comments.

Candidate criteria

• Non-medical doctors.
• Would not normally receive support from pharmaceutical companies to attend the Congress.
• Presenting author of the selected abstract.
• Aged 35 years or under by 1 September 2012 and hold a PhD with no medical degree.
