 ERS FUNDING Fellowships Long-term NEW ERS/EMBO Joint Fellowship
NEW ERS/EMBO Joint FellowshipFor clinicians/researchers with a fellowship project in respiratory science/health and molecular biology
Two Long-Term Fellowships per year jointly funded by the ERS and EMBO ("European Molecular Biology Organization" - www.embo.org) are on offer. It is a newly created fellowship programme to build capacity and expertise in the area of respiratory medicine/science through 12-month intra-European funding opportunities promoting research in the field of molecular biology with the aim to bring clinicians into basic science.

Who can apply?Candidates must be ERS members. Candidates under 35 years can benefit automatically the "Under 35 Silver" ERS membership which is free of charge (http://www.ersnet.org/options-fees-entitlements.html). Further InformationERS Fellowships are granted to perform research, to improve research skills, techniques and developments in the area of respiratory medicine/science. They are intended to support clinical research, translational research, basic science and advanced research.
